high season:
April 1st - October 31st

150 € / night for 4 people.
Each additional person 35 €

Low season:
November 1st - March 31st

100 € / night for 4 people.

Each additional person 25 €

Maximum occupancy: 6 people

The one-time laundry and final cleaning fee is €40 per stay.
Bed linen and towels are included.

Check in:
From 3:00 pm. Earlier arrival possible subject to availability.
Check out:
Until 11:00 am. Later departure possible subject to availability.

damage deposit

A security deposit of €300 must be paid to us via bank transfer 7 days before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer no later than 7 days after your departure, subject to an inspection of the accommodation and no damages found.

Payment / Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation.
Remaining payment 30 days before arrival.
