Arrival

The entrance to the building is labelled ‘MAYAR 11’ and is right next to ‘CTM’. Your taxi driver knows where to go when you say ‘CTM’ :)

 

Rubbish

Waste / rubbish can be disposed of in the container on the street.

Baby cot

A baby cot is available if you have indicated this when booking.

 

Ironing board and iron

Ironing board and iron are at your disposal during your stay.

 

Visitors / external persons

Persons who were not specified at the time of booking are not allowed to enter the accommodation - see point ‘Security service’.

 

Airport

The airport is 15 minutes away from Marrakech Mirage.

 

Crockery

The flat has various crockery and cooking utensils. We ask you to leave the crockery clean and washed on departure.

 

Towels

Towels are provided and are available for the duration of your stay. 

 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

 

Coffee machine

The coffee machine is a Nespresso machine. Capsules are available in the larger supermarkets

 

Air conditioning / heating

There is air conditioning in every room, which can be used for cooling and heating.

 

Public transport

The bus station ‘CTM’ is located two minutes from the flat. The train station of Marrakech is only a 10-minute walk from the flat.

 

Car park / underground car park

Parking spaces are available in front of the building or, if required, in the underground car park (UG1 / car park no. 2).
Please note: The car may only be parked in the underground car park after registering with the security service. The entrance to the underground car park is very steep and, depending on the car, somewhat narrow :)

 

Party

Parties are prohibited!

 

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in the flat. However, smoking is permitted on the terraces.

 

Security service

The house is guarded by a security service 24/7. The first time you enter, you must be registered by a person authorised by us.

 

Taxi

The taxi rank is located 2 minutes from the apartment

 

Safe

You can safely deposit your valuables in the safe. Please leave the safe open on departure.

 

Loss / Defect

Loss or a defect (e.g. broken glass or similar) can happen. Please report this proactively to us.

 

Washing machine

A washing machine is available and may be used. Detergent is available in all supermarkets.

 

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation and may be used. The access data can be found on the Wi-Fi router in the living room.
